Chocolate Muffin Recipe:
4.2 oz - Unsalted Butter
5.5 oz - Sugar
Pinch - Salt
---------------------------------
5.5 oz - Eggs
2.1 oz - Oil
---------------------------------
7.4 oz - All Purpose Flour
.4 oz - Baking
Powder
---------------------------------
5.4 oz - Whole Milk
1.9 oz - Guittard Cocoa Rouge Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp - Vanilla
---------------------------------
4.5 oz - Guittard Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1) Cream together the butter, sugar, and salt.
2) Whisk together the eggs and oil.
3)
Gradually add the egg/oil mixture to the butter/sugar mixture.
-Mix together the flour and baking powder.
-In a
sauce pot mix together the milk, Guittard Cocoa Powder and vanilla.
4) Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the butter/sugar/egg/oil
mixture. Then add 1/2 of the milk/cocoa. Then add 1/3 of the flour mixture. Then add 1/2 of the milk/cocoa.
Then add the last 1/3 of the flour mixture.
5) Add in the Guittard Semisweet Chocolate Chips by hand with a ruber spatula.
6) Divide batter into a 12 space lined muffin tin.
-Place a piece of parchment paper on the metal rack above
the muffins to get a nice moist muffin top.
Bake at 375 Degrees F for 20-25 min.
